Bagamat inaprubahan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang limited face-to-face learning, hindi ito magiging mandatory. Hindi rin ito mangyayari sa darating na Agosto kundi sa Enero 2021 sa mga lugar na napakababa o walang kaso ng COVID-19. Hindi rin ito basta-basta papayagan at dapat aprubado ng ating Kagawaran, ng Department of Health, at ng Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases dahil kailangan ligtas ang mga mag-aaral at g**o kung isasagawa man ito.
Ito rin ay kailangan i-request ng local government o paaralan.

1. PBM Robert Fernandez invited the focal persons of Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division Office of Catanduaanes through Dr. DANILO E. ESPI, CESO School's Division Superintendent to a Committee Meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 to
discuss the department's Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) for
year 2021-2022 in aid of legislation.
2. PBM Edwin T. Tanael
Legislator passed the following resolutions:
a. Request guidelines at Provincial IATF to
provide SP the guidelines in Balik Happy
Island.
b. Requesting Smart Communications Inc. to
construct additional cell sites.
3. PBM Giovanni Balmadrid passed a resolution in requesting the fi****ms and explosives unit to extend the submission of requirements in processing for License To Own and Position Fi****ms (LTOPF) for the applicants in the province.
4. PBM Rafael Zuniega
Legislator passed the following resolutions:
a. Mandatory 14 days quarantine to all Balik
Happy Island beneficiaries including OFW.
b. Urging all business stablishments
to observe health and safety protocol.
c. Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)
of RA 11463, Malasakit Center Act for the
inclusion of LGU operated hospitals from
the coverage of the program.
