This activity aims to prevent the commission of crimes and to ensure public safety during police visibility patrol, likewise Oplan Paalala to all pedestrians passes-by within the area about safety measures against crime and lawless elements and coordination with duty SG/establishment staff to support ELCAC PNP programs in line with Chief, PNPs battle cry "Sa Bagong Pilipinas, ang Gusto ng Pulis Ligtas Ka!".

That on December 5, 2024 at about 9:45 AM onwards Personnel of Padre Algue P*P under the Supervision of PLT JESS SUNGA DE JESUS, P*P Commander, thru the leadership of PLTCOL ALVIN CRISTOPHER LEOMO BAYBAYAN, Station Commander, PS-2, conducted School Visitation and coordination at Chang Kai Shek College along P. Algue St Tondo Manila. Likewise conducted Police Presence and Area Monitoring as part of the Anti-Criminality Campaign within school premises and to promote awareness and preventive measures to maintain peace and order in compliance. This activity is part of the BES, VIBES, BIDA and ELCAC Program in line with Chief, PNPs battle cry "Sa BagongPilipinas, ang Gusto ngPulisLigtasKa!" and NCRPO 7 Action Plan on Community Engagement thru Peace.

That on December 5, 2024 at about 9:00 AM onwards, Personnel of Dagupan Outpost under supervision of PEMS Fernando Medina Manzon, Dagupan Outpost Supervisor with constant leadership of PLTCOL ALVIN CHRISTOPHER LEOMO BAYBAYAN, Station Commander , conducted information dissemination thru Oplan Bandillo/Paalala likewise to conduct Police Presence as preventive measure against criminality and other illegal activities along Recto Ave. corner Juan Luna St., Tondo Manila.

Custodial Facility Inspection
That on December 5, 2024 At about 08:18AM onwards , PMAJ CRIZ ANTONIO A CATALUÑA Duty OD, and PSSg Brian Montalban duty SG, together with PMSg Michael Lachica Custodian PNCO thru the leadership of PLTCOL ALVIN CHRISTOPHER LEOMO BAYBAYAN, Station Commander, PS-2 ,conducted Jail Visitation and Dialogue with Muslim inmates. This activity aims to supervised and address detainee’s health and welfare while they are in PS 2 custodial facilities, in line with Chief, PNPs battle cry "Sa Bagong Pilipinas, ang Gusto ng Pulis Ligtas Ka!".

That on December 5, 2024 at about 6:00 AM onwards Personnel of Padre Algue P*P under the Supervision of PLT RONALD M CAYME, Deputy P*P Commander with constant leadership of PLTCOL ALVIN CHRISTOPHER LEOMO BAYBAYAN, Station Commander, PS-2, conducted School Visitation and coordination along Gen. Gregorio Del Pilar, CENTEX, Philippine Cultural College, Saint Stephen School, Chang Kai Shek School Tondo Manila. Antonio Rivera St, Uncle Jhon along Mayhaligue st., cor. Sanchez st, Metropolitan Hospital Tondo Manila. This activity aims to prevent the commission of crimes and to ensure public safety during police visibility patrol, likewise Oplan Paalala to all pedestrians passes-by within the area about safety measures against crime and lawless elements and coordination with duty SG/establishment staff to support ELCAC PNP programs in line with Chief, PNPs battle cry "Sa Bagong Pilipinas, ang Gusto ng Pulis Ligtas Ka!".

That on December 4, 2024 at about 11:06 PM onwards, Personnel of Bambang Outpost under the supervision of PLT ERWIN LAURESTA, Asst. Outpost Commander with constant leadership of PLTCOL ALVIN CHRISTOPHER LEOMO BAYBAYAN, Station Commander Police Station 2, in coordination with MDSW District II and Barangay within the AOR conducted rescue operation to all minors within Bambang Outpost AOR, likewise conduct brief lecture/awareness about Anti-Illegal Drugs and Terrorism before properly turn over to MDSWD Delpan st. San Nicolas, Tondo Manila as part of Oplan BES, and ELCAC program. This activity was enforced to ensure the best interest of child as mandated by RA 7610 with life-saving interventions, crisis recovery programs and to protect their vulnerability to help build a future for them.
