A message from Inthirani Arul, WGC Vancouver Chapter President:
To a beautiful community I have gotten to know and whom are inviting, engaging, giving people and many whom are caregivers.
There are no words that can express the heaviness I feel in my heart for the families who lost loved ones, to those whom were injured, to those who witnessed the scene and to everyone impacted during the horrific and tragic incident that took place at the Lapu Lapu Day festivities late yesterday evening. Today I was so moved to see the incredible out pour and support from our community, community leaders, MLA's, Premier David Eby, many elected officials and members of parliament who stood together and comforted the grieving at a vigil that was held this afternoon. I would like to extend and express my deepest and sincere heartfelt condolences on behalf of the Women Of Global Change and myself on behalf of the Vancouver Chapter to each and every one of you with the awareness of this tragic event that unfolded. Please know you are being thought of and that you are not alone and are in our hearts and thoughts!🙏♥️
