Kailan ba'y sandamakmak na problema'y, maitatatama?

Masyadong matagal na, kailan nga pa ba?
Kapag nagkaroon ng isa pang flyover ba?
O kung sa pagdagdag ng mga daanan, nagwawala?

As the future of the Philippines starts to dawn on its younger generations, we must look back at the sacrifices made by our heroes in the name of our freedom. Andres Bonifacio founded the Katipunan on July 7, 1892 and as the commander in chief led multiple raids in the various artilleries and camps of the Spaniards. He steered the revolution with one goal in mind: to dispel colonizers from our homeland.
We may not be affected by Spaniards or colonizers in this day and age, but one must have a critical mind while digesting media in our modern lives. Perhaps modern colonization doesn’t look like men in ships speaking Spanish but misinformation and traditional politics aiming to erase the true essence of being Filipino.
Let us remember Bonifacio’s sacrifice as a tribute to the undying spirit of independence of the Filipino people.
