There;s no such thing as an overflow bridge, a bridge should be designed and constructed as to be above the Mean HIgh Water level of the body of water above which it is constructed. Talk about government officials who don't know what they say in public. Those bridges should be condemned and be redesigned and reconstructed with the the aid of enough hydrological studies, not just structural and civil aspects. With such double-talking government officials, this country is far from being a developed country.
