In line with the observance of Araw ng Kagitingan, the Presidential Action Center (PACe) will be closed on Thursday, 09 April 2026 pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006 entitled “Declaring the Regular Holidays and Special (Non-working) Days for the Year 2026”.

The regular office schedule and acceptance of documents through mail / courier (LBC, JRS, J&T, etc.) will resume on Friday, 10 April 2026.

Clients may also schedule appointments and upload their documents through the eGovPH app available in Play Store and App Store.

Maaari ring magpa-iskedyul ng appointment at mag-upload ng mga dokumento sa pamamagitan ng eGovPH app, na makukuha sa Play Store at App Store.

Submission of documents for medical assistance and other requests will still be accepted through mail / courier (LBC, JRS, J&T, etc.).

Declaring Friday, 9 January 2026, A Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Manila

READ: President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. greets the Filipino people in his New Year’s message, calling on everyone to embrace 2026 with “discipline, confidence, and a shared commitment to the nation’s progress.”

He reflects that “a society thrives when its people choose empathy over indifference, service over self-interest,” and underscores the government’s resolve to relentlessly pursue a Bagong Pilipinas that “nurtures unity, fosters compassion, and showcases the greatness of our kababayans.”

In commemoration of the 129th Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. encouraged everyone to share compassion and kindness with others, especially those in need, the sick, and those affected by hardship, so that we may be a source of light and hope for our fellow Filipinos today and in the years to come.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. honored Dr. Jose Rizal by emphasizing how his writings and martyrdom awakened the Filipino sense of identity and affirmed the nation’s right to dignity, freedom, and self-determination.

In his message, PBBM called on Filipinos, especially the youth, to draw guidance from Rizal’s life by upholding integrity, accountability, respect for truth, and love of country, while pairing patriotism with responsible citizenship in the pursuit of a just and compassionate nation.

In line with the observance of Rizal Day and New Year's Day activities, the Presidential Action Center (PACe) will be closed from Monday to Friday, 29-31 December 2025 and 01-02 January 2026 pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 111, Proclamation No. 727 entitled "Declaring the Regular Holidays and Special (Non-working) Days for the Year 2025" and Proclamation No. 1006 entitled "Declaring the Regular Holidays and Special (Non-working) Days for the Year 2026."

Submission of documents for medical assistance and other requests will still be accepted through mail.

The regular office schedule will resume on Monday, 05 January 2026.
