: Benildeans! Please take note of the following dates that we will have for April:

🔴 April 1 to April 4 is declared a College-wide institutional holidays for Holy Week. April 9 will also be a holiday for Araw ng Kagitingan.
🔵 April 7 will be a celebration for the Feast of Saint John Baptiste de la Salle
🟡 April 13 will follow a Thursday schedule.
🩷 April 14 will follow a Friday schedule.
🟢 April 18 will be declared a free day.
🟣 April 20 to April 25 is a finals examination week.
⚫️ Black cells are regular classes.
⚪ April 26 will be the start of the term break.

The dates are sourced from updated announcements and documents PROVIDED by the Benilde administration. If there are inconsistencies raised by a student, faculty, associate, or similar person, please email us directly to resolve such matters.

Along with the 4-2 Learning Modality, the campuses will have 2 days assigned to its closure. Only the Benilde Covered Court will conduct full face-to-face (F2F) classes for the remainder of the academic term.

The Benilde Student Government (BeSG) is conducting a constituency check in response to recent petroleum price hikes that may be affecting fellow Benildeans' daily commutes and transportation expenses.

As fuel prices continue to rise, many students—particularly commuters—may face higher transportation costs that can affect their ability to travel to and from campus. Through this form, we aim to better understand how these developments are affecting the student body.

Your responses will play an important role in enabling the Student Government to develop data-driven insights, recommendations, and concrete actions that advocate for and support the needs of Benildean students. By sharing your experiences, you help ensure that our initiatives and representations are grounded in the actual conditions faced by the student community.

[PODO-OVPLMSL] Wear Purple on Monday, March 2, 2026 | Breaking Bias, Building Balance: Women's Month Celebration 2026

As we welcome March, we are excited to celebrate Breaking Bias, Building Balance: Women's Month Celebration 2026. This is a meaningful initiative that emphasizes the importance of recognizing and challenging both subtle and systemic forms of gender bias that persist in everyday spaces.

To show our unity and support for gender equality, justice, and dignity, we invite everyone to wear purple on Monday, March 2, 2026. Wearing purple on this day symbolizes justice, dignity, and loyalty to the cause of gender equality. Through this act, we show solidarity with women worldwide, honor past achievements in the struggle for equality, and signal our ongoing commitment to advancing gender justice and empowerment.

We also warmly invite you to the opening ceremony of our Women's Month Celebration in the Atrium Campus Lobby, featuring the Draw the Line Exhibit, showcasing Safe Spaces artworks to reflect understanding and advocacy for safe and inclusive spaces in the Community. Wearing purple on our opening celebration will serve as a simple but visible sign of solidarity and shared commitment.

Your presence and participation will help make this celebration even more meaningful as we come together to break biases, build balance, and champion safer environments for all.

On 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟐 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟓, 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟔, history unfolded along 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞. After 20 years in power, including 14 years of Martial Law 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐬, the Filipino spirit refused to be silenced. 🇵🇭✨

What began as opposition movements leading to the 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟔 𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐩 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 became a powerful stand for democracy. Filled with yellow, the color of hope and resistance, thousands of Filipinos gathered, 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫. 🤝

The 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 became a testament to the power of the people against oppressive leaders. It is a stand for change, where 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 of Filipinos brought us closer to freedom. 📣
