Great start for the year 2020!

We would like to thank the 635 participants of the Laro't Saya sa Parke Program in Quezon City this morning.

See you again next week, Saturday from 5:30 - 7:30am at the Quezon Memorial Circle. Take part to our weekly session of Zumba, Boxing, Arnis, Futsal, Volleyball, Badminton and Chess - ALL FOR FREE!

We also would like to encourage everyone to bring their own water bottles or tumblers for the water break. Let's help save the environment!

The Laro't Saya sa Parke (LSP) Team would like to thank all who joined the fun and gave their best in our Year-end Activity at the Quezon Memorial Circle this morning, 21 December 2019.

We also like to congratulate the winners and participants of our Zumbathon, thank you for always dancing your way to fitness every Saturday morning.

The LSP in QC will be back in year 2020 to provide more exciting prizes and continue to serve as a ground for bonding and platform for wellness to each Filipino every Saturday, 5:30-7:30 in the morning. Join us again next year and experience sporting recreation and lessons for FREE such as Zumba, Arnis, Badminton, Volleyball, Futsal, Chess and Boxing.

What a wonderful way to end this year's Laro't Saya sa Parke (LSP) in San Juan!

The culmination activity of the LSP Program in San Juan City is happening now at the Pinaglabanan Shrine.

Prizes await the winners of the zumba marathon contest (Categories: 18-40 years old Female and Male; 41-55 years old Female and Male).

The LSP Program of the Philippine Sports Commission aims to engage families into sports to have a healthy and active lifestyle.
