On January 16, 2026, GGAPP convened governance practitioners at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Rockwell Makati for a Knowledge Sharing Session and Fellowship that combined regulatory insight with meaningful engagement.

The Knowledge Sharing Session featured Rachel Esther J. Gumtang-Remalante, Director of the Corporate Governance and Finance Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission, who discussed the adoption of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards on sustainability disclosures under SEC MC No. 16, Series of 2025 and its implications for boards and organizations.

This was followed by a fellowship segment designed as an interactive game and team-building activity, encouraging collaboration and camaraderie among participants, before concluding with an early dinner buffet and raffle.

The event underscored GGAPP’s commitment to advancing good governance through both learning and community-building. We thank our speaker and participants for an engaging and memorable afternoon.
