𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: The Philippine Coast Guard Officers’ Club Association Inc. successfully conducted the Oath-taking and Turnover ceremony on 28 November 2025 aboard CPCG receiving area, marking a new chapter of leadership, service, and unity within our esteemed organization.

This significant event highlighted the formal transfer of responsibilities from the outgoing officers to the newly elected leaders who will steer the PCG Officers’ Club towards continued excellence, strengthened camaraderie, and progressive initiatives for the welfare of its members.

During the said ceremony, the following Officers took their oath as the newly elected Officers of the PCGOC, led by ADM RONNIE GIL L GAVAN PCG, Commandant, Philippine Coast Guard:

Commandant, Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and former PCG Officers' Club president, CG ADM RONNIE GIL L GAVAN, led the oath taking ceremony of newly-elected officers of the PCG Officers’ Club for CY 2024-2026 at the PCG National Headquarters, Port Area, Manila on 26 February 2024.

CG ADM GAVAN urged the incoming officers to embrace their roles with diligence and fervor in the exercise of their duties as they embark on their new term.

“To the incoming Officers, this is your time to shine. You have been elected and trusted with the responsibility of looking after the welfare of your peers and contemporaries. Enjoy your term, meet frequently, resolve problems, focus on constructive resolutions and be the force that holds us officers together so that may we always remember our responsibilities, obligations, rights and duties not only as PCG personnel but as members of this distinguished organization. As your fellow officer and your commandant, I will always support you and hope for your success. I will always be around.” CG ADM GAVAN noted.

The new batch of PCGOC Officers emanated from diverse units within the organization. Prior to being elected, these exemplary Officers have served various consequential roles for the PCG that have forged them into the visionary and dynamic leaders that they are in the present.
