UP CIVIQ

UP CIVIQ is a university wide organization in UP Manila established in year 2012. It is an organization of the Cagayan Valley Student Advocates.

We, the UP CIVIQ, based in the University of Manila, who advocate for the holistic prosperity of the Cagayan Valley Region, beseeching God’s divine providence, stand in defense of its patrimonial development, opulence and preservation and share common goals in the spirit of intellectual camaraderie and nationalism.
