The Public Health Unit of Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center conducted the 1st Quarter Gap Analysis and Compliance Monitoring on the 2026 HCPN, with the collaborative participation of the institution’s clinical departments.

The activity aimed to assess compliance with established standards, identify gaps and areas for improvement, and strengthen coordination among concerned departments to ensure the effective implementation of the program.
