PNP PULISTENIKS

On September 02, 2025, at about 4:00 PM, personnel from the Marikina City Police Headquarters, together with their police trainees and field training officers, gathered for a comprehensive session of Pulisteniks—the PNP’s mandated physical conditioning program conducted every Tuesday and Thursday.

The group engaged in a dynamic array of activities including calisthenics, PNP dozen exercises, and jogging. —all designed to elevate cardiovascular endurance, build muscular strength, and enhance agility. Beyond boosting physical readiness, the session fostered stronger teamwork, sharper mental focus, greater discipline, and elevated stress resilience.

Through consistent Pulisteniks training, officers not only maintain weight and fitness standards required by PNP regulations, but also improve reaction times and on-duty effectiveness—ultimately contributing to a more professional, alert, and community-ready police force .
