Acting on the formal complaint filed by Alyansang Atenista (AA) against DASIG Ateneo for alleged violations found in the co-curricular elections conducted by the Junior Philippine Association of Management Accountants (JPAMA), the Commission on Accountability and Transparency (CAT), together with the Electoral Commission (ELECOM), the respondent is hereby ordered to SHOW CAUSE in writing within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of a copy hereof, and explain the following violation/s:
