We have successfully completed the 2-Day Internal Verification for the Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project (PMNP) – Performance-Based Grants (PBG) Tranche 3, held on September 14–15, 2026 at the Rural Health Unit 1 – Municipal Nutrition Action Office.

96.81%—a number that represents more than a score. It reflects our collective commitment to building a healthier, stronger, and more resilient Nabua.

Behind this achievement are countless hours of planning, coordination, documentation, service delivery, and community engagement. More importantly, it represents our shared commitment to ensuring that nutrition programs reach the people who need them most—our children, mothers, families, and communities across all 42 barangays of Nabua.

Every nutrition activity implemented, every child monitored, every mother reached, every family provided with appropriate information and support, and every barangay mobilized brings us one step closer to a better-nourished and healthier community.

Promoting Healthy Smiles, Healthy Choices, and Healthy Communities 🦷🥗

IEC sessions on Oral Health and Pinggang Pinoy, together with the distribution of Oral Health Kits, were conducted in four Child Development Centers in Barangays La Purisima and Malawag, Nabua, Camarines Sur, on September 4–5, 2026.

Through early health education and preventive care, we empower children to build healthy habits that contribute to better oral health, improved nutrition, and a healthier community.

Effective today, September 1, 2026, the Municipal Nutrition Action Office (MNAO) is officially transferred to Rural Health Unit I (RHU I) to strengthen coordination and ensure more efficient delivery of nutrition programs and services for the people of Nabua.

The Municipal Nutrition Committee (MNC) of Nabua convened its 3rd Quarter Meeting to discuss key nutrition programs, accomplishments, and priorities, including:

1. Presentation, Approval, and Adoption of the 2027 Local Nutrition Action Plan (LNAP)
2. 2nd Quarter HCSC Results
3. PhilHealth Enrollment of individuals identified as unregistered under the PMNP Information System
4. 1st Semester PPAN Accomplishment Report 2026
5. MELLPI Pro Results
6. PMNP Component 1 & 2 Updates

The meeting highlights the MNC’s continued commitment to strengthening nutrition governance, improving program implementation, and ensuring responsive nutrition interventions for the people of Nabua.
