FAITH THAT STRENGTHENS SERVICE: BILIRAN PNP HOLDS SWIM

LOOK | Beyond the badge and the daily demands of police work, the men and women of the Biliran Police Provincial Office (BPPO) continue to strengthen not only their professional competence but also their faith, values, and character.

Team Squading No. 3, represented by NUP Anna Lee O. Rotilles, Team Member, together with other team members, gathered for the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) held at the BPPO Conference Room on the afternoon of October 8, 2026.

The session was facilitated by Bro. Leo and Sis. Nene Va****so, Core Leaders of the Missionary Families of Christ (MFC), Biliran Province, and centered on Luke 11:5–13—the story of a man who persistently asked his friend for help.

More than a biblical story, the passage served as a meaningful reminder to remain persistent in prayer, steadfast in faith, and trusting in God’s goodness and providence, especially during moments of challenge and uncertainty.

For the Biliran PNP, true service goes beyond enforcing the law. It also means building character, nurturing compassion, strengthening moral values, and keeping faith at the heart of public service.

Because when the heart is strengthened by faith, the badge becomes more than a symbol of authority—it becomes a commitment to serve with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.” — Luke 11:9
