15-Day Accomplishment Report
DOLE TUPAD Program — Barangay Tabao Baybay
The 15-day DOLE TUPAD program in Barangay Tabao Baybay was successfully completed through the hard work, dedication, and cooperation of all beneficiaries and barangay officials.
Daily Activities
Day 1 – Orientation
Conducted the orientation for all DOLE TUPAD beneficiaries regarding their responsibilities, work assignments, and the proper implementation of the program.
Day 2 – Clearing and Canal Cleaning
Cleared weeds and overgrown vegetation from Purok RPP Guimoy and cleaned the canals in front of Depes School.
Day 3 – Highway Cleaning
Conducted highway cleaning from RPP Guimoy to Purok New Society.
Day 4 – Canal Clearing and Cleaning
Cleaned and cleared the canals in Purok Bantud.
Day 5 – Tree Branch Clearing
Cleaned the area and cut obstructing tree branches in Purok Bantud.
Day 6 – Irrigation Clearing and Highway Cleaning
Cleared the irrigation canal from Purok Bantud and cleaned the highway going to SENHS.
Day 7 – Tree Clearing Inside Depes School
Cleared and cut obstructing trees and branches on the south side of Depes School.
Day 8 – Tree Clearing Inside Depes School
Cleared and cut obstructing trees and branches on the north side of Depes School.
Day 9 – Irrigation Cleaning Outside Depes School
Cleared and cleaned the irrigation canal outside Depes School.
Day 10 – Irrigation and Road Cleaning
Cleared the irrigation canal on the south side of Purok Borealis and cleaned the road from Purok Borealis going to Las O Las Beach.
Day 11 – Irrigation and Coastal Cleaning
Cleaned the irrigation canal on the north side of Purok Borealis and conducted a coastal cleanup at Purok Pasil, from Soleo Beach down to Purok Pasil, Tabao Baybay.
Day 12 – Irrigation Clearing and Coastal Cleanup
Cleared and cleaned the irrigation canal inside Purok Borealis and continued the coastal cleanup at Purok Pasil, Tabao Baybay.
Day 13 – Coastal Cleanup and Roadside Clearing
Conducted coastal cleanup and cleared obstructing vegetation along the roadside and pathways in Purok Pasil, Tabao Baybay.
Day 14 – Coastal Cleanup and Road Clearing
Continued the coastal cleanup and completed the clearing of roads in Purok Pasil.
Day 15 – General Barangay and School Cleaning
Conducted general cleaning in all puroks of Barangay Tabao Baybay and cleaned the interior areas of the Depes School campus.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication, and cooperation throughout the 15 days of service to our barangay.
From Day 1 to Day 15, you showed commitment, unity, and a strong sense of responsibility. Despite the early morning schedule, many of you were already in your assigned areas as early as 4:30 AM, ready to perform your duties and contribute to the improvement of our community.
Your efforts in clearing roads, cleaning canals and irrigation systems, cutting obstructing tree branches, and conducting coastal cleanups have made a meaningful difference in the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of Barangay Tabao Baybay.
More than the work itself, we are grateful for the camaraderie, teamwork, and friendship that you built throughout the program. Your cooperation and dedication are truly appreciated by all of us in the barangay.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mayor Jilson D. Tubillara MD. Vice Mayor Renaldo Severino, and the Municipal Council for their continued support and for providing 198 DOLE TUPAD slots to Barangay Tabao Baybay. Your assistance has given our residents an opportunity to work, earn, and serve their community.
To our Punong Barangay, Hon. Dennis P. Borres, thank you for your unwavering dedication and commitment to our beneficiaries. Your presence, guidance, and support throughout the 15-day program—without missing a day of supervision—are truly commendable.
To all our beneficiaries, your hard work will always be remembered. You have shown that when people work together with dedication and love for their community, great things can be accomplished.
May this experience inspire us to continue working together for a cleaner, safer, and more progressive Barangay Tabao Baybay.
