Local chief executives of Philippine regional hubs share measures conducted in containing and mitigating cases in their jurisdictions. Mayor Oscar S. Moreno (Cagayan de Oro City), Mayor Ronnel C. Rivera (General Santos City), Mayor Vico Sotto (Pasig City), and Mayor REX Gatchalian (Valenzuela City) will speak on area-focused mitigation and response strategies in the second installment of the webinar series.
Resource persons from the City of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; Chief Financial Officer Gary Kent and City Fire Chief Tim Beckett will also share their experiences in handling .

Sharing experiences on contact tracing and other community-based approaches, Mayor Isabelle "Beng" Climaco Salazar (Zamboanga City), Mayor Noel Rosal (Legazpi City), and Mayor Benjamin "Benjie" Magalong (Baguio City) will speak to kick-off the four-part online forum on how local government units are participating in the fight against COVID-19.
They would also be joined by Dr. Long Vu of the General Department of Preventive Medicine of Vietnam's Ministry of Health, Dr. Eduardo Araral of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of the National University of Singapore, and Dr. Benjamin Lozare of Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs.
