Mandatory training for Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Treasurer and Secretary typically covers financial management, record-keeping, and governance. It aims to equip them with the necessary skills for effective leadership and administration within the youth council.

Sangguninang Kabataan Federation of Guagua, Pampanga - 1st Regular Session 🇵🇭

The Inaugural session was led by the SK Federation President, Hon. Noe Alejandro Dela Fuente.

The important agendas discussed were:
