A day of awareness, unity, and commitment at Laoac National High School.

With Atty. Ma. Jessica Louise D. Tibay, parents and teachers were reminded that protecting every learner is not a responsibility carried alone—it is a shared promise.

Through the SPTA Meeting headed by SPTA President Vilmo R. Vergara followed by Orientation of Aral Program and distribution of card. The partnership between home and school grew stronger.

COLLABORATIVE SAFEGUARDING: EMPOWERING PARENTS AND TEACHERS THROUGH LEGAL AWARENESS

Laoac National High School successfully conducted the Symposium on Collaborative Safeguarding on September 18, 2026, featuring Atty. Ma. Jessica Louise D. Tibay as the resource speaker.

The symposium highlighted the shared responsibility of parents and teachers in protecting learners and promoting a safe, supportive, and child-friendly school environment.

The activity was followed by the SPTA Meeting headed by SPTA President Vilmo R. Vergara and followed by Orientation of Aral Program and Distribution of Card, strengthening communication, partnership, and collaboration between parents and teachers in support of our learners’ academic progress and well-being.

Malinaw na Paningin Para sa Mas Maliwanag na Kinabukasan.

Laoac National High School proudly expresses its heartfelt gratitude for the generous gift of clearer vision and brighter opportunities to our learners.

A total of 42 students of Laoac National High School were blessed to receive eyeglasses through this meaningful initiative—helping them see the world and their lessons more clearly.

Our sincerest appreciation goes to Dr. Manuelita L. Agulan of Lopez-Agulan Optical and Contact Lens Clinic for your generosity, compassion, and commitment to improving the lives of our learners.

We also extend our deepest thanks to Dr. Yolanda S. Rufo for initiating and championing the project “Malinaw na Paningin Para sa Mas Maliwanag na Kinabukasan.” Your dedication reminds us that sometimes, a simple pair of eyeglasses can open a clearer path toward learning, confidence, and success.

Our heartfelt thanks as well to Madam Amy T. Paco for your invaluable support and assistance in making this endeavor possible.

This is more than a presentation.

Our deepest gratitude goes to our School Head, Mrs. Amy T. Paco, for passionately presenting, leading, and championing this vision for our school.
