📌CAREER DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM📌
The Local Government of Sual through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) conducted a Career Development Support Program (CDSP) to grade 10 students of Sual National High School, Sioasio Integrated School, Paitan Integrated School and Pangascasan Integrated School.
The program aims to equip students with relevant, timely knowledge about prevailing labor market trends, emerging industries, and in-demand jobs. This helps them align their Senior High School strand choices with future higher education paths or realistic employment opportunities as well as to proactively reduce job-skills mismatch by guiding students toward career paths that are locally and globally relevant, ensuring they build sustainable and fulfilling professional futures.
The said activity was conducted by Mr. Nelson Bolasoc, LEO III and Treasure Marc Lozano, Administrative Aide VI, of the DOLE Western Pangasinan Field Office and facilitated by PESO Manager Janette Ludivina B. Andaya together with LEO I Audrey O. Calolot.
A total of 528 Grade 10 students participated in this 2-day activity together with their very supportive principals. Thank you to Dr. Amparo P.
