Nakikiisa ang 𝗔𝗹𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 sa National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) sa pagdiriwang ng 𝗘𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸, ngayong Oktubre 1–7, 2026, na may temang:

“𝗡𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼: 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗴 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻.”

Laging bukas ang aming mga pintuan para sa ating mga Senior Citizen, para sa kanilang information-seeking needs, online assistance, NCSC registration, at iba pang e-Government services na kailangan nila. 💻📚

Sa Alcala Municipal Library, ang serbisyo ay hindi lamang maaasahan at mahusay, kundi may malasakit, pasensya, at pag-aalaga, serbisyong inklusibo at para sa lahat. 🤍

Bukas ang ating aklatan. Bukas ang aming serbisyo. Para sa ating mga nakatatanda.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 10

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Stay safe and dry, everyone! Sa ngayon, hinihikayat po namin ang lahat na manatiling ligtas sa kani-kanilang tahanan at maging handa sa anumang maaaring idulot ng masamang panahon.

Umaasa po kaming magkita-kita tayong muli dito sa Alcala Municipal Library kapag mas maayos at ligtas na ang panahon.

Samantala, kung mayroon po kayong e-Government service concerns o anumang library service inquiry, huwag po kayong mag-atubiling mag-message sa ating page. Nandito pa rin po kami upang tumulong at magbigay ng impormasyon kahit pansamantalang hindi tayo magkita-kita sa library.

Manatiling ligtas, maging alerto, at alagaan ang bawat isa. 🙏

Isinailalim na sa State of Calamity ang buong Lalawigan ng Pangasinan, batay sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 985-2026.

Layunin ng deklarasyon na mapabilis ang pagtugon ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan sa mga pangangailangan ng mga bayan na naapektuhan ng kalamidad, kabilang ang relief, recovery, at iba pang kinakailangang interventions.

Patuloy ang koordinasyon ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Pangasinan sa mga lokal na pamahalaan at mga concerned agencies para sa agarang pagtugon at kapakanan ng bawat Pangasinense.

Sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto, ipinag-utos ng Malacañang ang pagpapatupad ng naaangkop na alternative work arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan at alternative learning modes at learning continuity measures sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan bukas, Agosto 20, bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng habagat.

Ang hakbang ay alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) at dahil sa banta ng localized flooding at mga panganib sa paglalakbay dulot ng patuloy na pag-ulan.

Ipatutupad ang alternative work arrangements at alternative learning modes sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

* National Capital Region
* Abra
* Benguet
* Ilocos Norte
* Ilocos Sur
* La Union
* Pangasinan
* Bataan
* Bulacan
* Nueva Ecija
* Pampanga
* Tarlac
* Zambales
* Batangas
* Cavite
* Laguna
* Rizal
* Occidental Mindoro

Hindi sakop ng alternative work arrangements ang mga ahensyang may kinalaman sa pagbibigay ng basic at health services, paghahanda at pagtugon sa mga sakuna at kalamidad

Ang mga Contract of Service (COS) at Job Order (JO) workers na ilalagay sa alternative work arrangements ay patuloy na tatanggap ng kaukulang sahod o bayad, alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran at regulasyon.

Ipinauubaya ng Malacanang sa mga Local Chief Executives ang kapangyarihang mag-pasiya kung kinakailangang suspendihin ang pasok sa mga lugar na kanilang nasasakupan na hindi napabilang sa memorandum circular.

Nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.
