The Local Government Unit reminds all Real Property Owners in this municipality to settle their annual Real Property Tax (RPT) promptly and avoid longer queues.

🔹 EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT

Property owners may avail of the 20% discount by settling their RPT on or before January 20, 2026. Payments made beyond this date will no longer qualify for the discount.

📅 Deadline for Discount: January 20, 2026

🔹 TAX AMNESTY PROGRAM

Those with delinquent accounts are advised to take advantage of the Real Property Tax Amnesty Program while it remains in effect. The amnesty allows taxpayers to settle outstanding obligations without penalties, surcharges, or interest.

📅 Duration for the Amnesty : July 5, 2024 to July 5, 2026

The LGU encourages everyone to use this opportunity to remain compliant and support the continued delivery of essential public services.
