🎓 BAWAT BARANGAY MAKIKINABANG | ₱20K Educational Assistance, Natabuk sin lima (5) Deserving Scholars sin Barangay Poblacion!

Panibagong Poblacion headed by the FLBC Madame Hja Marlene Agbulos Loong successfully distributed the PBBM Scholarship Assistance to five (5) qualified beneficiaries of Barangay Poblacion.

Each 4th year College scholar received Php 20,000.00 cash educational assistance to support their studies.

The initiative is part of the "BAWAT BARANGAY MAKIKINABANG PROGRAM" - Presidential Assistance to Barangay Under the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF).

We are truly grateful for the cash assistance extended to us through the government’s social protection efforts. This support is more than just financial help—it is a meaningful reminder that the needs and welfare of Filipino families are being heard and given attention.

Thank you our President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. May this assistance bring relief, ease our students’ daily burdens, and serve as a source of hope and encouragement. Mabuhay po kayo sir!

Maaring mag-appoint ng SK Members ang City/Municipal Mayor para sa mga nabakanteng posisyon sa SK (except sa Chairman na rule of succession)

Vacancy in the SK membership shall be filled through the appointment by the city or municipal mayor with jurisdiction over the barangay of the concerned SK of any person who meets the qualifications provided under Section 10 of Republic Act No. 10742 or the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015.

BSKE SA 2028

With President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. signing the law postponing the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE), the next regular elections will be held on November 13, 2028.

RA No. 12326 also sets the term of barangay officials at five years.

Pinirmahan na ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang Republic Act No. 12326, na nagtatakda ng limang taong termino ng panunungkulan ng mga opisyal ng barangay at mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Kabataan.

Kasabay nito, hinikayat ng Pangulo ang mga kasalukuyang opisyal na gamitin ang karagdagang panahon upang higit na mapabuti ang serbisyo, tapusin ang mga nasimulang programa, at tugunan ang pangangailangan ng mga komunidad, pamilya at kabataan.

Ang dagdag na panahon sa panunungkulan ay dagdag na panahon para maglingkod at gampanan ang pananagutan sa taumbayan.

Kitaa nyu in ngan (name) nakamalud ha listing, amu yan n mag tabuk (Payout) beneficiaries sin UPLIFT program sin DSWD ha JULY 31, 2026 jumaat (Friday) mahapon (afternoon) ha Barangay Kanaway Covered Court.

Yari in mga dahun katarrangan (Requirements)

* At least one (1) valid ID for verification;
* Two (2) photocopies of the valid ID; and
* Three (3) original specimen signatures.

National ID is the primary ID required of the beneficiaries. However, in cases beneficiaries are not yet registered with National ID, the following government-issued ID cards are accepted, to wit:

B. SSS ID
C. HDMF (Pag-ibig Loyalty Plus)
D. PhilHealth ID
E. Drivers License
F. Senior Citizens ID
H. Philippine Postal ID
I. Voters ID
J. PRC ID
K. TIN ID

Barangay Poblacion, under the stewardship of 𝐅𝐋𝐁𝐂 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐇𝐣𝐚. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠, successfully celebrated Nutrition Month 2026 together with the pupils of the Poblacion Child Development Center.

The celebration emphasized the importance of proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and overall wellness among children. Through fun-filled activities and educational sessions, the pupils learned valuable lessons about maintaining a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the spirit of the celebration.

This meaningful event reflects Barangay Poblacion's continued commitment to promoting the health and well-being of every child and building a stronger, healthier community.
