54 YEARS OF SELFLESS SERVICE
Rotaract Club of West Negros College (now STI West Negros University) of Rotary International District 3850 was the first Rotaract Club in the Philippines. It was chartered on Sept. 20, 1968
The club is sponsored by Rotary Club of Bacolod - Mother Club under the term of Rotary Club President Patricio Tan and Governorship of Ignacio Salazar.
The creation of the first Rotaract Club in the country served as a baptism of fire and provided many opportunities to various communities.
The birth of RAC West Negros College also inspired other Rotaract Clubs in the Philippines to do selfless service, believing that Rotaractors are still existing even in the middle of pandemic.
Today, let's celebrate the birthday of the first Rotaract Club in the Philippines, RAC West Negros College. Cheers! 🥳

PROJECT I'M MENTALLY IN LOVE WITH ME 3: RESPONDING TO CHALLENGES TOWARDS THE NEW NORMAL
Mental health encompasses emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It influences cognition, perception, and behavior. It also determines how an individual handles stress, interpersonal relationships, and decision-making. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Evidence shows that providing support services, reducing access to means of self-harm, and following up with loved ones are just some of the actions we can all take to help others.
In line with this, the Rotaract Club of Balintawak, the Rotaract Club of Carmen Valley , and the Rotaract Club of Pasay Cyber City will once again be hosting Project I'm Mentally In Love With Me, now on its third year, with the theme Responding to Challenges Towards the New Normal, an Awareness Seminar on Mental Health on September 17, 2022, Saturday at 2 PM via Zoom.
The host clubs have invited esteemed speakers that will talk about Mental Health Awareness and the Challenges of the New Normal. All attendees will also get a chance to win in the GCash Raffles and many exciting games.
