AFSM VISITS ENLISTED PERSONNEL AT FAB
Chief Master Sergeant Randillie M Tullao PAF, Air Force Sergeant Major, together with Chief Master Sergeant Aileen G Ferrer PAF, Assistant Air Force Sergeant Major, paid a courtesy call on COL JULIUS SAMSON A N**I PAF (MNSA), Chief of Command Staff, Air Education and Training Command, prior to engaging the enlisted personnel through a Talk-to-Troops activity. The engagement was attended by enlisted personnel from AETC, Air Warfare Center, 550th Air Base Group, and 3rd Air Reserve Center.
During the engagement, Chief Master Sergeant Tullao assessed personnel morale and welfare and emphasized the significant role of enlisted personnel in advancing the Philippine Air Force’s training and education. AFSM CONDUCTS TALK-TO-TROOPS AT ABAB
Chief Master Sergeant Randillie M Tullao PAF, Air Force Sergeant Major, conducted a Talk-to-Troops with enlisted personnel stationed at Antonio Bautista Air Base on 10 March 2026, following the celebration of the Tactical Operations Wing West (TOWWEST) Anniversary, which was graced by the Commanding General, Philippine Air Force. The engagement formed part of the continuing efforts of senior enlisted leadership to connect with personnel in the field and assess their overall morale and welfare.
In his message, Chief Master Sergeant Tullao reiterated key command guidance and underscored the importance of upholding “Disiplina, Malasakit, at Kahusayan (DMK)” in the performance of duty. The activity was attended by enlisted personnel of TOWSOL and PAF enlisted personnel assigned at SOLCOM.
During the engagement, CMS Tullao emphasized the vital role of enlisted personnel in sustaining the operational capability of the Philippine Air Force. He underscored the importance of consistently upholding the principles of Disiplina, Malasakit, at Kahusayan (DMK) as the foundation of professionalism, accountability, and excellence in the performance of duty.

On 27 February 2026, Chief Master Sergeant Randillie M Tullao PAF, Air Force Sergeant Major, accompanied by Chief Master Sergeant Aileen G Ferrer PAF, Assistant Air Force Sergeant Major, conducted a Talk to Troops and unit visitation with the enlisted personnel of the 710th SPOW and 790th ABG. The activity is part of the ongoing initiative of the senior enlisted leadership to directly engage ground units, promote open communication, and monitor the morale and welfare of personnel.
In his message, CMS Tullao reinforced the core principle of “Disiplina, Malasakit, at Kahusayan (DMK)” as the cornerstone of ethical conduct and mission accomplishment. On 20 February 2026, the Air Force Sergeant Major (AFSM), CMS Randillie M Tullao PAF, together with the Assistant Air Force Sergeant Major (AAFSM), CMS Aileen G Ferrer PAF, conducted a Talk to Troops and Unit Visit to the 300th Air Intelligence and Security Wing, Air Force Special Service Group, and Air Force Weather Center.
The engagement focused on reinforcing Military Discipline and Courtesy, strict adherence to Command Guidance, and sustained implementation of preventive measures against Driving Under the Influence of Liquor (DUIL) and Gambling—actions that directly affect operational readiness and organizational credibility.
Emphasis was likewise placed on Financial Management to promote stability, responsibility, and long-term security among personnel. The AFSM also highlighted the importance of Mental Health awareness, recognizing that resilient and mission-ready Airmen must be physically, morally, and psychologically prepared to accomplish their duties.
