The EXECUTIVE branch is accused of corruption. The LEGISLATIVE branch, both Senate and House, is also tainted with allegations. These institutions are expected to serve the Filipino people. Instead, they appear to serve themselves, filling their own pockets.

This leaves the public with little faith in the leaders they entrusted with power. People struggle with rising costs, poor services, and limited opportunities, while those in power treat positions as a source of personal wealth.

The hope now rests on the judiciary. It must remain independent. It must resist pressure. It must deliver justice to those who abuse authority. If the courts fail, then all three branches risk losing legitimacy.

Accountability is not optional. It is the only way to restore trust in government.
