ADVISORY

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), through Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson No. 117, s. 2026, issues guidance in response to the declared State of National Energy Emergency under Executive Order No. 110, s. 2026.

This advisory ensures academic continuity while prioritizing student welfare, learning outcomes, and institutional sustainability.

This advisory remains effective until the end of AY 2025–2026 (including summer classes). A new advisory will be issued before AY 2026–2027.
