As part of Joint BSP and GSP Encampment with the theme " Sustaining Growth: Scouts as Champions of Peace and Environment of Patnongon 1 Scouting District, Patnongon Fire Station personnel headed by SFO3 Alfredo N Ortiaga Jr, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, under the supervision of FSUPT VENCIE JOJO P ALDEGUER, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, in support of the leadership of FCSUPT EDWIN P VARGAS, DSC, Regional Director, BFP Region 6, and under the guidance of FCSUPT WILBERTO RICO NEIL A KWAN TIU, DSC, Officer-in-Charge, Bureau of Fire Protection, conduct a Fire Safety Lecture and Drill held at Baybay Integrated School, Playa St., Brgy. Poblacion, Patnongon, Antique.

The activity featured interactive lectures and practical demonstrations on Disaster Preparedness and Fire Prevention and Safety, equipping young scouts with essential knowledge and basic life-saving skills that promote awareness, confidence, discipline, and readiness during emergencies.

More than an educational activity, this initiative served as an opportunity to inspire young minds to embrace the values of leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and service to others, reminding every scout that even the smallest hands can make a meaningful difference in protecting lives and communities.
