MIDTERM EXAM WEEK IS HERE! 😭📝💙

Ready na ba ang lahat, ICONs? 👀

September 16–23 na ang Midterm Exam Week, so time na para mag-review, magbasa ng notes, at i-check kung kumpleto na ang mga kailangan before exam week. 📖✍️

Wag puro “mamaya na ako magre-review” kasi baka maging “Lord, kayo na po bahala” sa mismong exam. 😭🙏 HAHAHA!

Also, quick reminder: make sure na maayos na rin ang inyong student account and other school requirements/arrangements before the exam week para less hassle at mas makapag-focus kayo sa exams. 💙

Kaya natin ’to! Review smart, sleep enough, hydrate, and manifesting mataas na scores for everyone! ✨

Good luck, ICONS! You got this! 🫶📚💙

START THE CONVERSATION. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO NEEDS TO HEAR IT.
Sometimes, the person who says “I’m okay” is the one silently struggling the most.
Behind a smile may be a battle we know nothing about. Behind a quiet “I’m fine” may be a desperate wish for someone to notice, to listen, and to simply stay.
Today, let’s remind one another:
You do not have to carry everything alone.
You are not a burden.
Your feelings are valid.
Your life has value.
And asking for help is not a sign of weakness.
If you’re struggling, please talk to someone you trust. Reach out. Speak up. Let someone sit with you through the difficult moments. You don't need to have the right words. you just need to start the conversation.
And if someone reaches out to you, listen without judgment. You don't have to have all the answers. Sometimes, being present, listening, and reminding someone that they are not alone can mean more than you realize.
Check on your friends. Check on your family. Check on the person who has been unusually quiet.
One message.
One conversation.
One moment of kindness.
It could make all the difference.
START THE CONVERSATION. SAVE A LIFE.
Because sometimes, staying and being heard can be the beginning of hope.

STOP BULLYING: BE KIND. BE AWARE. BE THE CHANGE.

Bullying is more than just a joke, it can cause real and lasting harm. It can happen through words, actions, exclusion, intimidation, physical aggression, or even online.

Creating a safe and respectful campus is everyone’s responsibility. Speak up, support others, and choose kindness, because even a small act of kindness can make someone feel seen, valued, and safe. 💙

Let’s build a campus where everyone belongs.

In celebration of Su***de Prevention Month, let this be a reminder to everyone who may be silently struggling:
There are moments when the weight becomes too heavy, when the pain feels endless, and when you start believing that the world would be better without you.
Please, stay.
You don’t have to have everything figured out today. You don’t have to be strong all the time. You just have to make it through this moment. There is still tomorrow. There are still people who care. There are still chapters of your life that you haven’t lived yet.
Your struggles do not define your worth.
Your darkest days do not determine your future.
And whatever you are going through right now does not mean this is where your story ends.
Reach out. Speak up. Ask for help. Stay with us.
Sometimes, one conversation can make a difference. Sometimes, simply knowing that someone is there can be enough to remind us that we are not alone.
💙 STAY. YOU MATTER.
Because your life has value.
Because your presence matters.
Because you are worth staying for.
As we observe Su***de Prevention Month, let’s choose to listen without judgment, check in on the people around us, and remind one another that asking for help is never a sign of weakness.
No one has to face the darkness alone. 💙
