Ms. Haydeelyn B. Obaniana has been selected for the Australia Awards Scholarship (2026 Intake) to pursue a Master’s Degree in Strategic Public Relations at the University of Sydney.

Ms. Obaniana serves at the DBM as Information Officer V and is the first Division Chief of the Strategic Communications Division, which was newly created in 2022 under the Advocacy, Communications, and Training Service (ACTS).

The Australia Awards is a prestigious international scholarship funded by the Australian Government, empowering the next generation of Filipino leaders through world-class education, research, and professional development.
