The Palawan State University – Del Sur Cluster, Sofronio Española Campus reminds the University community of the strict implementation of key campus policies in accordance with the memorandum of the University President, Dr. Venzon L. Limplada.

These policies are intended to ensure a safe, orderly, disciplined, and conducive learning environment within the campus.

Students will only be granted entry into the campus if they are wearing their prescribed uniform and official University ID. Permissible uniforms include the institutional uniform, P.E. uniform, OJT/Practicum uniform, and laboratory attire. Security guards on duty reserve the right to refuse entry to non-complying students.
Students are reminded that the University ID must be worn visibly at all times while inside the campus. P.E. uniforms are not allowed on campus attire before or after P.E. classes, and students may wear them only during their scheduled P.E. class and must change back into their regular school uniform afterward.
Organizational shirts are not allowed during regular class days unless they are authorized for a special event. Prior written approval from the concerned College Dean is required, with a copy furnished to the Chief Security Officer.
Wednesdays and weekends are considered non-uniform days, subject to the applicable rules of the college or department. Students must still wear decent and modest clothing.
For grooming standards, male students are expected to keep their hair neat and properly groomed. Hair should not cover the ears, forehead, or nape. Earrings and other body piercings are not allowed.
Crossdressing is prohibited within University premises. Exemptions from wearing the prescribed uniform may be granted for valid medical or religious reasons. Requests must be formally submitted to the concerned Dean or USAS Director for approval.
