It also helps marginalized sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Nag-uugnay is a Filipino word equivalent to the phrase "to connect". Formed in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Nag-uugnay Volunteer Initiative connects institutional and individual donors with medical frontliners, specifically hospitals that Dr. Filipino Estacio and Dr. Sheryl F. The books and toys’ turn over to the Department of Pediatrics of the Bataan General Hospital and Medical Center was done on May 19, 2023.

The books were placed in the Pediatrics’ library for the young patients. The library had a storytelling activity on the same day of the turn over, and the children who participated were given toys.

We would like to extend our deepest thanks once again to media personalities Kooky Tuason and Marty Tengco; Dr. Suzanne Tuason; the Martinez family, and the Uy-Vitug family.

Hello Nag-uugnay community and to anyone who knows and loves Olive and Debbie Nieto. Their mom, Zenaida Nieto, is currently in the ICU of De Los Santos Medical Center (DLSMC) since the last week of November.

The doctors miraculously removed all her cancer tumors in the surgery. However, they discovered some pre- and post-operation complications like Mama Nieto's heart condition, among others.

We know the emotional strain and financial difficulties of having a loved one in the hospital. With Mama Nieto's rising hospital bills, we would like to request for any financial help you could extend.

Please direct your donations through:
