The Free Public Internet Access Program (FPIAP) is one of the flagship programs of the Department of Information and Communications Technology.
Free Wi-Fi for All is a digital empowerment program of the DICT aiming to connect Filipinos nationwide through the provision of free Wi-Fi in public places in accordance with Republic Act 10929 or the Free Internet Access in Public Places Act. Arising from Republic Act No. 10929, or the “Free Internet Access in Public Places Act”, FPIAP, under the Free Wi-Fi for All (FWFA) branding, ultimately aim

Per Section 4 of R.A. 10929, FWFA hotspots will be installed in public places such as government hospitals and health centers, national and local government offices, public libraries, public parks, plazas, public schools, State and Local Universities and Colleges, TESDA institutions, transport terminals, and other identified open public areas across the country. Isa ang Free Public Internet Access Program (FPIAP) sa mga pangunahing programa ng Kagawaran ng Teknolohiyang Pang-impormasyon at Komunikasyon (DICT). Sa bisa ng Batas Republika Blg. 10929, o ang “Free Internet Access in Public Places Act”, nilalayon ng FPIAP, sa pagkakakilanlang Free Wi-FI for All (FWFA), ang ganap na palakasin ang samabayanang Pilipino sa tulong ng teknolohiya. Alinsunod sa ika-apat na bahagi ng Batas Republika Blg. 10929, kakabitan ng FWFA hotspots ang mga pampublikong lugar tulad ng mga pampublikong ospital at health center, tanggapan ng gobyerno, pampublikong silid-aklatan, parke, plaza, pampublikong paaralan, State at Local Universities and Colleges, mga institusyon ng TESDA, mga istasyon ng pampublikong sasakyan, at iba pang natukoy na pampublikong lugar sa bansa. Pinamamahalaan ang pahinang ito ng FWFA Project Management Team. Ang anumang mapang-abuso, mapanukso, mapanlabag o hindi kaaya-ayang kilos or pananalita dito, maging nakatuon man sa PMT or sa iba pang mga gumagamit ng platpormang ito ay hindi pinahihintulutan, at papatawan ng karampatang aksyon. Ang pahinang ito ay hindi para sa konsultatsyon o pananaliksik.
