Empowering Excellence of Team SJPSCC, AFP through Military & Civilian Correspondence Training
The third quarter of the Military and Civilian Correspondence Training was successfully conducted for SJPSCC, AFP personnel, with the objective of enhancing their knowledge and skills, from fundamental concepts to more advanced technical aspects of official correspondence. The comprehensive training was facilitated by Mr. Adonis D. Rivera, Civilian HR Supervising Administrative Officer and designated Assistant Chief of the Plans and Programs Division (PPD), Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, OJ1, Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Through his extensive expertise and practical guidance, Mr. Rivera provided participants with valuable updates on the AFP Performance Management System, the Personal Scorecard Development Process, the Individual Personnel Performance Management System (IPPMS), and the prescribed Communication Guidelines. The training emphasized strict adherence to established policies, standards, and directives governing official correspondence, further equipping SJPSCC personnel to perform their duties with competence, professionalism, and efficiency.

Revolutionizing THE TEAM SJPSCC, AFP Through Digital Photography
The SJPSCC, AFP successfully conducted a comprehensive Basic Photography Training aimed at equipping personnel with essential photography skills, including proper camera handling, composition techniques, lighting principles, and basic photo documentation. The training enhanced our understanding of the origins of photography, the fundamental functions of modern cameras, and practical techniques for effective photographic documentation.
The training was spearheaded by esteemed Subject Matter Expert, , MSg Randulf D. Obinque, from Public Affairs Office, Armed Forces of the Philippines, for generously sharing his expertise and valuable experiences. His insights have further enriched our knowledge and strengthened our capabilities in documentation, after-activity reporting, and the conduct of national meetings and programs.
This training marks another step in empowering Team SJPSCC, AFP with the skills necessary to produce quality visual documentation in support of the organization's mission and objectives.

AFP-PNP STRENGTHENS COOPERATION ON SECURITY OPERATIONS AND INTERAGENCY COORDINATIONS
The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) reaffirmed their strong partnership during the courtesy call of PBGEN PONCE ROGELIO I PENONES JR, Acting Director for Operations, Directorate for Operations, PNP, together with PBGEN CRISALEO R TOLENTINO, Executive Officer, Director for Operations, Directorate for Operations, PNP, PCOL JULIUS CAESAR M DOMINGO, Acting Chief, ISOD, DO, and PMAJ TOM ELLY B SUMAYANG Acting Assistant Chief, ISOD, DO, to MGEN ELMER B SUDERIO PA, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, J3, AFP.
The activity began with the presentation of a Lei to PBGEN PENONES, followed by the ceremonial guest book signing, accompanied by BGEN ISMAEL P MANDANAS Jr. PA, Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, AJ3 and Head Secretariat Joint Peace and Security Coordinating Center AFP.
During the courtesy call proper, the officials discussed strengthened collaboration on Internal Security Operations ,External Security Operations and sustainment of areas declared as Stable Internal Peace and Security. MGEN SUDERIO PA assured the AFP’s all-out support to the PNP in all operational initiatives and Law Enforcement Operations and in return PBGEN PENONES likewise conveyed the PNP’s full support to the AFP.
Both organizations highlighted to their commitment to coordinated, be proactive, and united action in addressing emerging security challenges.

Earlier today, key leaders and stakeholders gathered for a high-level Command Conference dedicated to the strategic planning and successful conduct of the Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections (BARMM PE) and the 2026 Barangay Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).
The conference opened with insightful remarks from Hon. Aimee P. Ferolino, Commissioner, COMELEC, setting a tone of integrity and readiness. Key updates were then presented to ensure every operational detail is covered:

🔹 2026 BSKE Roadmap: Deputy Executive Director Rafael Olano
🔹 Security Strategy: Joint briefing from the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and the Philippine National Police (PNP).

With the PCG, AFP, PNP, COMELEC, BARMM, and the Office of the Presidential Adviser for Peace, Reconciliation and Unity standing united in their commitment to peaceful, credible, and successful elections, the Filipino people especially our brothers and sisters in the Bangsamoro can look forward to electoral exercises that truly honor their voices, protect their rights, and advance their aspirations for peace, development, and self-determination.
