✨ Stronger Together, Happier as One! ❤️
The COPS–QRN family had an amazing time celebrating Family Day 2025 with chapters from Tandang Sora, Kaligayahan–Pasong Putik, Gen. Trias, North Fairview, UP Diliman, Main/Pioneers, and Feria! 💪🎉

It was a day filled with laughter, fun games, bonding moments, and unforgettable memories with our families. Truly, nothing beats spending quality time with the people who make our community stronger! 💙

Disasters can strike at any time, often without warning — that’s why preparedness is key. Everyone is encouraged to prepare their own survival kit filled with essential items such as food, water, medicine, flashlight, and important documents. Having a ready-to-go survival kit can make a big difference in ensuring safety and survival during emergencies. Don’t wait for disaster to happen — take action now and be prepared!

The COPS-QRN conducted a Basic First Aid Training last October 4, 2025, aimed at equipping participants with essential life-saving skills and knowledge to respond effectively during emergencies. The session covered practical demonstrations on wound care, CPR, and proper handling of injuries, fostering preparedness and community resilience among attendees.

An important reminder from COPS - QRN emphasizes the community’s commitment to safety and preparedness. The flashing alert serves as a call to stay vigilant against potential emergencies such as earthquakes, fires, and typhoons, while also encouraging residents to learn life-saving skills like CPR. This initiative aims to raise awareness and equip the community with knowledge to respond effectively in times of crisis.
