We did it again.
The Quirino Provincial Public Employment Service Office (PPESO), headed by our PESO Manager Ms. Daniphine Badua , has once again been hailed as the Regional Winner in the 2025 Search for Best PESO, and we are now heading to Cebu City as Region II’s nominee for the National Search for Best PESO on October 13–16, 2026.
For a small team like ours, this means so much more than a title or a trophy.
We know the long days. The deadlines. The reports. The job fairs. The countless names, referrals, follow-ups, documents, and little things that had to be done behind the scenes. We know what it feels like to make things work even when resources are limited, because at the end of every task, there is always a kailyan counting on us.
This achievement belongs to every person who stayed, worked, helped, and believed in what PPESO can do. This is our team’s hard work made visible.
And this one is for the Provincial Government of Quirino and, most importantly, for the people of Quirino whom we are privileged to serve.
Above all, we dedicate this achievement to our late Governor, Hon. Dakila Carlo E. Cua.
Gov. Dax Cua , this is one of those moments when we wish you were still here to celebrate with us. Thank you for believing in our office and in the people behind it. We will carry your name, your support, and your love for Quirino with us as we step onto the national stage.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to our present leaders, Governor Julius Caesar S. Vaquilar, Congresswoman Midy N. Cua, and to our Provincial Adminstrator, Ms. Carmelita B. Jimenez, for their continued support and encouragement to the Provincial Public Employment Service Office. Your support gives us even more reason to keep pushing, keep serving, and keep bringing pride to our province.
To the Department of Labor and Employment, thank you for continuously guiding, supporting, and believing in the work that PESOs do. Special thanks to TSSD Chief Froctoso Calagui Agustin , Ma’am Kathlyn Sabado , Ma-Joy Casibang-Calabazaron , PD Jonnel Domingo , Regional Director Jesus Elpidio B. Atal Jr., and Regional Director Imelda Romanillos. Your guidance, encouragement, and support have been part of our journey, and we are truly grateful.
From our little office in Quirino to Cebu City, we’re bringing our province with us.
