WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2026
“Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change”

“Pagod na ako” Four simple words that may carry a thousand unspoken feelings.

Behind every silence is a story worth hearing. Sometimes, people do not need immediate answers; they simply need someone willing to listen, understand, and remind them that they are not alone.

Rodriguez Municipal Jail – Female Dormitory, under the leadership of SJO4 Gina Seragon Dulpina, OIC, joins the observance of World Mental Health Day by promoting mental health awareness, encouraging open conversations, and fostering a culture of compassion, understanding, and support.

Let us listen without judgment, support without hesitation, and turn every story into an opportunity for positive change. Because mental health matters, every voice deserves to be heard, and no one should have to face their struggles alone.

Listen with compassion. Understand with empathy. Act with kindness.

NATIONAL PEACE CONSCIOUSNESS MONTH 2026 🕊️

As the National Peace Consciousness Month (NPCM) 2026 comes to a close, Rodriguez Municipal Jail – Female Dormitory, under the leadership of SJO4 Gina Seragon Dulpina, Officer-in-Charge, joins the nation in reaffirming the importance of peace not only as a celebration, but as a continuing commitment that begins within ourselves and extends to the communities we serve.

Behind these walls, peace is reflected in respect, understanding, compassion, discipline, and peaceful coexistence. It means creating an environment where every person is treated with dignity, differences are met with understanding, and rehabilitation and transformation are nurtured through positive relationships.

Choosing peace means creating a space where order is upheld with humanity, conflicts are addressed with understanding, and every opportunity for positive change is valued. Peace becomes part of the rehabilitation journey, a reminder that transformation can begin with a peaceful heart and a willingness to change.

Today may mark the last day of the National Peace Consciousness Month 2026, but our journey toward peace does not end here.

Because peace is not only something we celebrate but it is something we practice every day.

Family is more than a shared home, it is built through love, understanding, respect, and meaningful moments spent together.

In celebration of the 34th National Family Week: Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day, Rodriguez Municipal Jail – Female Dormitory under the leadership of SJO4 Gina Seragon Dulpina, OIC, joined the nationwide observance through a simple yet meaningful Boodle Fight with Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

Sharing a meal around one table reminds us that food becomes more meaningful when shared with others. More than the meal itself, the activity fostered camaraderie, unity, and a sense of belonging among the PDL, reflecting the importance of family values even within the walls.

This celebration serves as a reminder that every person deserves an opportunity to experience connection, compassion, and the warmth of community.

May we continue to strengthen the bonds that bring people together and uphold the value of family as a source of hope, support, and positive change.
