𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Balud successfully conducted a 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝗼𝗻 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, at the 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁, bringing together the youth for an informative and meaningful learning experience focused on issues that greatly impact their lives and future.

The symposium featured distinguished resource speakers who shared their expertise on significant youth-related concerns. 𝑷𝑨𝑻 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒆 𝑨𝒏𝒏 𝑮𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒏 delivered a comprehensive discussion on 𝑫𝒓𝒖𝒈 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, emphasizing the importance of drug prevention, informed decision-making, and leading a drug-free lifestyle. 𝑴𝒓𝒔. 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒂 𝑪. 𝑨𝒈𝒖𝒂𝒅𝒐 presented an insightful lecture on 𝑻𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, highlighting the value of education, personal responsibility, and making informed life choices. Meanwhile, 𝑴𝒓. 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝑹𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑵. 𝑳𝒂𝒅𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒂 conducted an informative session on 𝑯𝑰𝑽/𝑨𝑰𝑫𝑺 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, providing essential knowledge on prevention, transmission, and the importance of eliminating stigma through education and awareness.

This initiative reflects the unwavering commitment of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Balud to promote youth development by equipping young individuals with knowledge, strengthening their values, and encouraging them to become responsible, empowered, and active members of the community.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Balud actively participated in the Symposium on Environmental Issues held at the Barangay Rawis Covered Court.

The symposium served as an avenue to strengthen environmental awareness and encourage the youth to take an active role in protecting and preserving our natural resources. Through learning and collaboration, the SK Council remains committed to promoting environmental responsibility and inspiring meaningful action within the community.
