𝗟𝗘𝗧’𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧 | SDC Track II 2026

On May 19–21, 2026, Division Chiefs and select Department Heads of the City Government of San Fernando completed the Supervisory Development Course (SDC) Track II at the Resilience Training Center, City Civic Center, and the 3rd Floor Executive Building, Heroes Hall Compound.

The three-day training was conducted in partnership with the Civil Service Commission Regional Office III (CSCRO3) to strengthen leadership, supervisory, and managerial competencies of participants to become more responsive, efficient, and service-oriented leaders in the workplace.

With the constant support of the City Human Resource Management Office and the valuable insights shared by our SDC Track II Resource Person CSCRO3 Asst. Regional Director Randy C. Tababa, this learning journey continues to cultivate competent and values-driven public servants committed to delivering excellent service to every Fernandino.

From 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟴 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟮, the City Government of San Fernando, Pampanga stands in unity with the country for the observance of National Flag Days through the prominent display of our nation’s symbol of courage, freedom, and patriotism.

As the colors of our flag fly high, may they continue to inspire every Fernandino to stand proud, remain united, and honor the sacrifices of our heroes.

In observance of the 𝗣𝘆𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀 held on May 30, 2026, selected LGU personnel headed by the Pyestang Fernandino Technical Working Group gathered in faith and reflection to honor St. Ferdinand III, patron saint of the City of San Fernando. 🙏✨

Through this shared moment of prayer and thanksgiving, employees strengthened camaraderie, unity, and their collective commitment to meaningful public service.

The activity was initiated by the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO) as part of its continuing efforts to promote employee engagement and spiritual well-being in the workplace.

Aside from the City Website, each office of the City Government has its own respective Office Citizen’s Charter handbook prominently displayed within their offices to better guide clients on specific procedures, requirements, fees, and processing times.
