Division Chiefs and select Department Heads of the City Government of San Fernando successfully completed the three-day Supervisory Development Course (SDC) Track II held on May 19โ21, 2026 at the Resilience Training Center in Brgy. Alasas and the Heroes Hall Executive Building.
The training was conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office III through the initiative of the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO), headed by Mr. Gian Carlo R. Angeles. The City Administrator, Atty. Kristannico S. Abad likewise expressed his full support and delivered an inspiring message to the participants, underscoring the importance of strengthening leadership and supervisory capabilities in the public sector.
This activity follows the successful conduct of SDC Track I held on September 15โ17, 2025. The program further enhanced the participantsโ leadership, supervisory, and managerial competencies toward more responsive, efficient, and effective public service delivery.
The City Government likewise extends its sincere gratitude to CSC Regional Office III, particularly Assistant Regional Director Randy C. Tababa, for serving as the subject matter expert throughout the three-day course.
Through continuous learning and development initiatives, the City Government remains committed to nurturing competent & values-driven leaders dedicated to delivering excellent service to both city employees and the Fernandino community.
