Held at Aurora Central Annex-I Elementary School, the meeting provided an opportunity for school leaders to present their First Term Curriculum Implementation Reports, showcasing accomplishments, best practices, challenges encountered, and interventions undertaken to support learners throughout the district.

The atmosphere of the meeting was marked by meaningful discussions as school heads exchanged insights and experiences from their respective schools. Through the presentation of learner performance data and curriculum implementation updates, participants reflected on their progress and explored strategies to further enhance teaching and learning.

A significant part of the activity focused on data-driven decision-making. School heads analyzed assessment results and learner achievement data to identify strengths and areas that require additional support. The discussions emphasized the importance of using evidence-based interventions to ensure that every learner receives the assistance needed to succeed.

Beyond reporting accomplishments, the gathering also served as a venue for updates on key educational programs and upcoming district activities. Participants were briefed on the implementation of the ARAL Program, preparations for the Computer-Based National Career Assessment Examination (CBNCAE), reading initiatives, and the conduct of forthcoming Learning Action Cell (LAC) sessions aimed at strengthening professional development among educators.

The meeting reaffirmed the district's dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration among school leaders. By sharing effective practices and working together to address challenges, participants demonstrated their continued commitment to providing meaningful learning experiences for all students.

Led by Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Roniel M. Florante, the gathering underscored the value of strong instructional leadership and teamwork in advancing educational goals. As the district moves forward, school heads remain committed to transforming insights into action and ensuring that every learner benefits from quality, responsive, and inclusive education.

Representing the district were Scouts from Butanguiad National High School, Lualhati D. Edaรฑo National High School, Tumbaga National High School, Pugon National High School, Butanguiad Elementary School, and Pantay Elementary School. The young participants joined fellow Scouts from different schools across the congressional district in a day filled with outdoor learning, skills development, and camaraderie.

The program officially commenced at 8:30 a.m. and continued until 3:00 p.m. onwards, providing Scouts with various opportunities to enhance their knowledge and practical scouting abilities through the activity-centered program known as CENTRUM.

The outdoor activities focused on Communication in Signalling, Electricity in Scouting, Nurturing Internet for Scouts, Team Building, Ropework Strategy, Understanding the Concepts of Back to Basics, and March To, all designed to strengthen the Scouts' leadership, survival, and problem-solving skills.

Throughout the event, participants engaged in hands-on exercises that improved their communication, teamwork, and outdoor survival techniques. The activities also emphasized the core values of scouting, encouraging self-reliance, responsibility, and cooperation among the youth.

The participating Scouts gained valuable insights and practical strategies that will help them both in scouting and in their daily lives. More importantly, they proudly represented San Francisco II District, showcasing their enthusiasm, determination, and commitment to the ideals of the Boy Scouts movement.

The 3rd Congressional COMPACT served as a meaningful platform for learning, friendship, and personal growth, leaving the Scouts inspired and better equipped for future scouting endeavors.

"Prepared for the Outdoors, United in Scouting" aptly captured the spirit of the day as the young Scouts embraced challenges, learned essential survival skills, and strengthened the bonds of brotherhood at the 3rd Congressional COMPACT hosted by Amontay National High School. -R. Cambe
