The LCTMNHS faculty and staff, together with student teachers, OJTs, and utility personnel, gathered for a meaningful team-building activity held at Bakhaw Beach in Esperanza, San Francisco, Cebu, on April 1, 2026.
Guided by the theme, "Stronger Together: Beyond the Classroom," the program formally began with the welcome remarks delivered by our School Head, Ma'am Jonavieve Mae M. Campomayor, who emphasized the importance of unity and fostering a strong sense of family within the institution.
This was followed by an inspiring โFood for Thoughtโ from Sir Rey Mark M. Sabrido, who reminded everyone to make the most of uninterrupted vacation timeโto pause, breathe, rest, meditate, and renew oneโs spirit after a demanding school year.
One of the highlights of the activity was facilitated by Mam Maricris M. Amancio, who introduced the group challenge called Paper Transfer. This engaging exercise required teamwork, coordination, and strategy as each group worked together to transfer paper efficiently. Beyond the enjoyment it brought, the activity symbolized the value of collaboration, perseverance, and moving forward together beyond the classroom. It reinforced the idea that when individuals work as one, they become not just betterโbut unstoppable.
Another notable part of the event was the awarding of certificates to faculty members. Unlike traditional recognition, this segment was done in a fun and lighthearted manner, celebrating each individualโs unique contributions while strengthening camaraderie among colleagues.
A heartfelt expression of gratitude was also extended to the School Head, Ma'am Jonavieve Mae M. Campomayor, in appreciation of her tireless efforts and unwavering leadership in guiding the school toward continuous growth and success.
The event concluded with sincere appreciation to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of the activityโmost especially to the School Head, Ms. Jonavieve Mae M. Campomayor, whose initiative and thoughtful planning made the entire team-building experience both meaningful and memorable.
