Isinagawa nitong Hunyo 3 ang RCSP Caravan kung saan hatid ng pamahalaan ang libreng serbisyong medikal, gupit, panghayop, at mga binhi sa mga liblib na lugar, kabilang ang mga bagong itinalagang barangay ng Kin-iway, Padangaan, at Payeo sa ilalim ng ELCAC.

Ayon kay DILG Provincial Director Anthony Manolo I. Ballug, kailangan ng pagkakaisa at suporta ng mamamayan upang matamo ang inaasam na pag-unlad ngayong malaya na ang mga ito sa impluwensya ng rebelyon.

Layon ng proyektong ito na magbigay ng kasanayan at alternatibong pagkakakitaan, patunay sa patuloy na pagsusulong ng yunit sa kaunlaran at matatag na ugnayan sa komunidad.

Ibinigay ang katayuang Stable Internal Peace and Security bilang patunay na ligtas na ang bayan at nakahanda na sa ganap na kaunlaran at normal na pamumuhay.

PNP NABS ONLINE PALUWAGAN OPERATOR; P6.1-M FRAUD CASE, AFP PERSONNEL VICTIMIZED

The Philippine National Police, under the leadership of PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., Chief, PNP, arrested a 26-year-old female online seller in Cabanatuan City on June 7, 2026 in an operation led by the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office for her alleged involvement in an online paluwagan investment scheme that victimized several individuals, including an Armed Forces of the Philippines personnel.

Investigation showed that the suspect allegedly recruited participants into her online paluwagan arrangement, promising scheduled payouts and financial returns in exchange for monetary contributions. However, complainants later failed to receive the promised payouts when they became due, prompting multiple complaints.

Among the victims were an AFP personnel, business owners, an online seller, and a student. Total investments reached Php 6,165,000.00, while the unpaid expected payouts amounted to Php 1,130,000.00, based on initial records gathered by investigators.

The suspect was brought to the Cabanatuan City Police Station for documentation and proper disposition. Appropriate charges for estafa and other violations are being prepared for filing before the Office of the Prosecutor.

The PNP, through its PNP Focused Agenda—a transformation-driven framework aimed at making police service more responsive, trustworthy, and felt by the public—underscored continued efforts under its Enhanced Managing Police Operations priority, reinforcing proactive law enforcement actions against online financial fraud schemes and ensuring the prompt arrest of individuals involved in such illegal activities.

PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. said: “The PNP will not tolerate individuals who use digital platforms to deceive and exploit the public. We are intensifying efforts to hold scammers accountable and ensure that justice is served for victims of fraud.”

“Pinaaalalahanan natin ang publiko—huwag magtiwala agad sa online investment na walang sapat na beripikasyon. Ingatan ang pinaghirapang pera,” he added.

PNP NABS EASTERN VISAYAS NO. 1 MOST WANTED FOR STATUTORY R**E IN PASIG CITY

The Philippine National Police, under the leadership of PNP Chief PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., arrested the Eastern Visayas No. 1 Most Wanted Person for five (5) counts of statutory r**e on June 8, 2026 at Brgy. San Miguel, Pasig City.

The 33-year-old Filipino male carpenter from Catarman, Northern Samar was apprehended by virtue of warrants of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court in Catarman, with no bail recommended for the multiple charges.

The operation was conducted by personnel of the Northern Samar Police Provincial Office through the Lope de Vega Municipal Police Station, in coordination with the 1st Northern Samar Provincial Mobile Force Company, Provincial Intelligence Unit, CIDG-Northern Samar Provincial Field Unit, Pasig City Police Office, and the Regional Special Operations Unit 8. After his arrest, the suspect was brought to the Pasig City Police Office for documentation and proper disposition prior to turnover to the court of origin in Northern Samar.

The accomplishment reflects the sustained implementation of the PNP Focused Agenda—a transformation-driven framework designed to make police service more responsive, accountable, and felt by the public. Anchored on the key priority of enhanced managing police operations, the PNP continues its intensified campaign against wanted persons through firm enforcement of warrants of arrest nationwide.

PNP Chief PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. said the arrest underscores the organization’s firm stand on justice and accountability.

“The arrest of individuals with standing warrants of arrest sends a clear message that the rule of law prevails, especially in cases involving grave offenses against women and children,” he said.
