As the SK Chairperson of Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy Langgam, it has been both an honor and a privilege to lead our community toward growth, development, and positive change. Together with my dedicated SK Council, we’ve made significant strides in fulfilling our mandate, improving youth engagement, and ensuring transparency in governance.

✨𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽✨:

𝟭𝟱 𝗡𝗬𝗖-𝗬𝗢𝗥𝗣 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – We empowered local youth organizations by helping them register, ensuring their legitimacy, granting them access to resources for further development, and providing funding to support their initiatives.

𝟯 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟰 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗢𝗔 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 – In our commitment to transparency and accountability, we ensured that our financial reports were compliant, setting a standard of good fiscal management within the council.

𝟱𝟬+ 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 – Providing financial aid to those in need is at the heart of our work. Over 50 beneficiaries have received the support they needed for education, sports, youth programs, and for our representatives competing in various contests.

𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗚𝗘𝗣𝗦 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿 – To improve procurement processes and strengthen transparency, we registered the SK Council as an official buyer under the PhilGEPS system.

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 ₱𝟵𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – Through various programs, we initiated donations totaling over ₱90,000, benefiting youth and local organizations, further fueling their growth and success.

𝟭𝟯𝟴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 – We passed 138 resolutions that addressed critical issues, pushed for necessary reforms, and ensured that the voices of our youth were heard and represented.

𝟯𝟮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 – We launched and executed 32 initiatives, each designed to promote skills, values, and community engagement for the betterment of Barangay Langgam.

𝟭𝟴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – Our collaboration with 18 partner organizations and institutions has been vital in realizing our shared goals and objectives for the youth sector.

𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭 – To improve efficiency and accountability, I issued a memorandum requiring all SK Kagawad to submit their 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺. This ensures that everyone is aligned with our vision and fully accountable for their roles.

𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 – One of our biggest milestones was the enactment of the Comprehensive Youth Welfare and Development Code, providing a solid framework for future youth-related initiatives in Barangay Langgam.

𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀-𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮 – Our commitment to good governance was recognized on a national scale with the 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗯𝘆𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, a proud moment for our barangay.

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗲 – Our efforts earned us the prestigious 𝗚𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 and 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗯𝘆𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, which stand as a testament to the success and effectiveness of our youth leadership.

In just over a year, we’ve completely 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗞 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗺. While many of these accomplishments may be typical tasks or required by law, what sets us apart is our 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 and the determination to make every project, program, and resolution impactful. These “bare minimums” serve as the foundation upon which we build lasting change, and we’ve made sure to execute them with integrity, passion, and dedication.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited about what’s next. We’re already planning more programs, expanding our reach, and continuing to innovate for the betterment of the youth and the entire Barangay Langgam. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲!
