Conducted a DTI Programs and Services Orientation for Silay City delicacy makers in partnership with Silay City Tourism to promote available business support programs and opportunities for MSMEs.

The City Tourism Office of Silay, in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the City Livelihood Office, and through the invaluable assistance of the Barangay Patag Livelihood Integrated Growers Association, conducted a Basic Entrepreneurship Seminar for Silay’s soft broom (paypay) makers.

The seminar equipped local artisans with essential knowledge on entrepreneurship, product development, pricing, marketing, and business management—empowering them to transform traditional craftsmanship into sustainable livelihood opportunities.

By investing in our local makers, we not only preserve a valued cultural craft but also help ensure that it continues to thrive as a source of pride and economic opportunity for the community.
