Satellite images of the 5,000 ton North Korean destroyer that failed to launch 2 days ago, and is currently capsized partly submerged and covered in blue tarp around the launching site.
It was believed that the ship was launched at a poorly, non-certified launch site, which caused the premature slipping of the stern and the following capsizing. Kim Jong Un declared it as a "Criminal Act" and had already begun searching for the responsible.
