🎪 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 at Borromeo St., atbang sa ato Luneta Park — joining the community in celebrating the vibrant culture and heritage of Surigao del Norte.

🎶 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐠𝐣𝐚𝐰 𝐬𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭 at the Provincial Grandstand — our PICTO personnel provided technical support to the Multimedia Development Section (MDS), livestreaming the concert on the LED Wall outside the Provincial Gymnasium and at the Provincial Research, Innovation, and Science Museum — bringing the celebration to even more Surigaonons! 📡✨

We celebrate a major milestone for digital transformation as the National Digital Connectivity Plan (NDCP)- the country’s first infrastructure master plan for digital connectivity- has been approved by the Economy and Development Council.

This historic step affirms that digital connectivity is now a national priority, opening doors to better access, stronger communities, and more inclusive growth across the country.

The Philippines is moving full steam ahead toward a digital future. In line with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s directive to make digital connectivity a national priority, the National Digital Connectivity Plan (NDCP), the country’s first national infrastructure master plan for digital connectivity, had its approval by the Infrastructure Development Committee (INFRACOM), formally confirmed consistent with Executive Order No. 72, s. 2024, during the 7th Economy and Development (ED) Council Meeting, chaired by the President, on January 26, 2026 at the Bahay Pangulo Pavilion, PSC Compound, Otis, Manila.
