On behalf of the Association of Barangay Captains (ABC) of the Municipality of Cantilan, I extend my warmest congratulations to all barangays that successfully passed the 2026 Barangay Peace and Order (BPOC) Functionality Audit.
This achievement is a reflection of the collective efforts of every individual who worked behind this success. My sincere appreciation goes to our dedicated Punong Barangays for their leadership, the Committee Chairpersons on Peace and Order for their commitment, our vigilant Barangay Tanods for maintaining peace and security, our Barangay Treasurers for ensuring the availability and proper management of resources, the rest of the Barangay Council for their unwavering support, and our MLGOOs and DILG personnel for their invaluable guidance and technical assistance throughout the audit process.
I also wish to give special recognition to our Barangay Secretaries—the unsung heroes behind every successful audit. While they may not always be in the spotlight, they are often the ones who painstakingly prepare the reports, compile supporting documents, ensure compliance with every requirement, and spend long hours—even sleepless nights—to meet submission deadlines.
Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment are instrumental to every barangay's success. They may work quietly behind the scenes, but their contributions deserve to be seen, appreciated, and celebrated.
To all our Barangay Secretaries, thank you for your tireless service and for your steadfast commitment to excellence in local governance. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
