The Regional Highway Patrol Unit 8 (RHPU8) under the direct supervision of PCOL EFREN C TUBLAN, Regional Chief, successfully conducted a simultaneous nationwide fun ride as part of the celebration of the National Advisory Group (NAG) Anniversary.

The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO8) and Regional Highway Patrol Unit 8 (RHPU8) hosted an Obstacle Challenge participated in by HPG personnel and graduates of the Motorcycle Riding Course (MCRC), Safety Motorcycle Riding Course (SMCRC), and Executive Motorcycle Riding Course (EMCRC). The activity tested riders’ proficiency in low-speed maneuvering, balance, control, and safe motorcycle handling through obstacles such as the Circle, Figure of 8, Slalom, Banking, and U-Turn riding exercises.

The activity promotes responsible riding, enhances riding competence, and strengthens road safety awareness in support of the PNP’s intensified road safety advocacy and focused agenda on professionalism, operational readiness, and public service excellence, in line with the PNP mantra, “Bagong PNP para sa Bagong Pilipinas: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman.”
