This inaugural volume explores the science, applications, and governance implications of gene editing in livestock and fisheries, with particular attention to the Philippine context. We hope this publication serves as a useful resource for researchers, policymakers, students, and other interested stakeholders, and contributes to the continuing dialogue on the responsible development of biotechnology in the Philippines.
